These Terms of Use govern your use of martinkochta.cz and your purchase of TerraPeak Multivitamin Select from MARTIN KOCHTA ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or transmits harmful or fraudulent data.

2. Ordering and sale

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. Submission is a request to purchase - it does not constitute a binding contract.

Confirmation: A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order. The contract of sale is formed at the point of confirmation. You may cancel at any time before dispatch.

Prices and currency: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. The price at the time of confirmation applies.

Payment: Payment is made to the delivery courier on receipt of the goods - in cash or by card (Visa or Mastercard). No online payment or prepayment is required.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before the goods are dispatched, by telephone during the confirmation call or by contacting us at [email protected].

3. Limitation of liability

TerraPeak Multivitamin Select is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We accept no liability for any reliance placed on this information as a substitute for professional medical advice. Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, graphics and design - is the property of MARTIN KOCHTA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. Please note that food supplements with a broken seal are exempt from the right of return under applicable consumer law.

6. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve any dispute within 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body or the relevant court.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
